      Pump might also have failed.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      Hit it.

I think there is a TSB on these as they are default set to say out of toner on bottle rotation instead of TD sensor, and it can be changed.

          Toner not set!!!

I can understand the bent pins on the board, DUMB WAY TO MAKE CONTACT, but how do I get to the pumps to fix them? got a book on order. EU used third party toner not OEM and then used canned air to clean out the excess yellow toner.
Stripped it down as far as I could with out a road map and vacuumed. The one problem is that the yellow toner cartridge will not close up when removing.

I was wondering if we were talking about the same thing. The board I removed was located across all four toner supply pumps. Each one has a pin guide and three ribbon contacts for each pump area. A couple are bent not broke. That board has a different part number than you provided. The one on the board is D117 5161A, but in the manual it is D117 5160. Where can I get one ?? I found two places ones $119.00 the other is $190.00 big difference for the same thing. So the new number is D117 5162 ?
