Re: sc 362 MPC5502
I could be mistaken but i do believe you normally get that code when there is not enough toner getting into the PCU...specifically the cyan PCU. Is there toner in the cyan cartridge? Is the bottle rotating?
If so do an Auto Color Calibration and see if the cyan looks light, if it is, do a forced toner supply a couple of times and do an ACC again and see if it comes back to looking normal.
If after you do a forced toner supply and it still looks light then you should clear the toner hose first and then if still persisting it is the cyan toner pump -
Re: sc 362 MPC5502
Thanks your right its the cyan not the yellow, I saw a post for this same code about yellow dv and ID sensors, I remember now ive had this issue with the cyan and the toner , It was a while ago though, it came back, so ill do the suggested checks, thanksComment

Re: sc 362 MPC5502
One thing I have done in the past when I have had a bad toner pump/hose/nozzle is to pull the PCDU and toner bottler out and manually ass toner to the toner inlet on the development unit until I have the toner concentration up to the normal range. Unless they are doing a lot of color, this will give you time to order in parts. If adding toner directly to the development unit does not change the Vt reading for that color, replace the development unit.Comment
