    MP 5054- "file transfer" link not sowing in WIM

    That should say SHOWING in the title not SOWING

    LOG IN to WIM
    Admin
    no password
    ( there is no other admin authentication is set or turned on)
    Device management
    Configuration

    Under "DEVICE SETTINGS"

    11 ish down should be "FILE TRANSFER"'

    It aint there???

    nothing else is missing that i have noticed.
    Firmware is CURRENT

    The setting is there in USER TOOLS but missing in WIM

    Maybe they have moved that option to another tab, I have notice the user tools settings on the machine don't match the settings in the WIM.

      It is there in the same spot on other MP 5054's

        Have you checked the SMC report for any errors, 'specially 991 (software)? If that portion of the software failed on loading it wouldn't show up, so a re-start should rectify.
