    MPC 305 having SC 544

    Hi every one in this fantastic Global Group,

    I am Ricoh Eng, Got MPC-305 given me SC 544, ( over heat ) manual says to change BICU board or Fuser control Board,

    Thermopile,themostate all ok.Fuser sleve also good condition .what can i do next

      Have you tried a SP5810-002 reset?

          I did,even fuser not getting ideal mode when i switch on machine. straightway getting SC544

              I'd try a new fuser or a used one from a known working equipment before anything else.

                      Yes I would try another fuser, reset with SP5810-02 power off then open the right door & power on if you get SC544 before closing the right door i'd suspect BICU
