    Hi all,

I've got a few of these out & any that are doing moderate volume seen to jam frequently from tray one J003 all had new feed roller & sep pads. Im at a bit of a loss!
Also cant seem to find an output check to run the feed motor!?

We have loads of these out there that had constant 4th vertical transport jams.

Add more tension to the Sep pad spring and it's fixed.

Seemed to feed the next sheet too far and flag a jam.

OK thanks, I've ordered a new paper tray for it in the hope that will fix the issue!

Have you had to change the feed clutches or motors??
