I have another post about this machine and entering the SP mode. I'm going back to try some of the suggestions and get into service mode. Hoping I can get in and see the jam history? I have been there 2 times and it didn't jam for me. The 1st time I replaced the feed tires, blew out sensors, cleaned some rollers, etc, and didn't hear anything for 3 months. They called back and said it was jamming again. Tires looked beat so replaced them again (oem tires), ran 50 pages no jams, out the door. Called next morning, jamming again! We all have had these calls from hell lol. Ricoh isn't my strong point to begin with, I work mostly kon/min.
Is there anything common with machine jamming? They said one paper will be under drum unit and one page feeding out of paper tray.
Machine is probably run at the high end of suggested yield. You know the deal, busy doctors office with no room for a "real" copier so they run these small machines to death!!
Is it worth repairing or a waste of time?
Thanks and Happy Father's Day to all the dads!
