You can also use the Document Server function keypad or add the "classic" copy function icon in the apps setting to get the soft keyboard.

Is there a USB keyboard option like on the older SOP?

I had to go look at a 6004 that was on trial and was jamming. Ok, here we go, I said to myself. Turns out it was an issue with the bridge unit. The guide wasn't assembled correctly.

OK so this is digging up an older post but the same thing came up today and they want to lock it from internet access. Is there a way?

Yes but only in the classic mode/apps.
You can drag the icons on the front panel and then you have the access.
the only "classic" application by the initialisation is the document server on the front page . the other "classic" option must be dropped by the installation.
In the normal copy, scan etc. there is no option.

I like the fact this series have an Application Site which allows you to install new features like Scan ID card and Ricoh-how-to-videos(mainly for self-help). The other cool thing is logging in to the machine using through mobile devices with Bluetooth reader.
