Mpc3300 j026 duplex jams?

Machine works great in simplex. Only duplex jams. Seems as though something is not allowing paper into the duplex section. I don't see anything broke nor sensor error.

Any ideas?

So it's jamming before it gets into the duplexing section? I'd check around the duplex entrance gate, make sure it's not stuck in the closed position.

Nothing looks like it's broke but the paper has a little Divet in it as it's going towards the optical sensor in the gate area . I can manually feed paper through without a problem so I don't understand what it's hitting here

Duplex exit sensor does not turn ON - check/clean/replace sensor, use SP5-803-022 to check or try this

Replace duplex gate. Can't remmeber the part code but if you take it away and have a look at it you'll see that the heat has bend the plastic. There is a rtb about this.

Replace duplex gate. Can't remmeber the part code but if you take it away and have a look at it you'll see that the heat has bend the plastic. There is a rtb about this.

Agreed! common problem with same jam code listed above.
