Possibly bad RFID chip on the toner cartridge or bad RFID board on machine.

Had this happen on a newer machine with cyan. Machine's memory got "scrambled" during an electrical storm. Toner bottle motor would not turn during copy/print run, but would operate in SP output check. It would also mark the RFID chip on every bottle as empty after 20 copies. SMC's Non-Default showed settings out of whack. Performed engine memory clear and it was fixed.

I am assuming that you had the birth certificate to be able to reenter machine specific settings after you did the engine clear.

Check the black toner pump is operating

the pumps has been checked already,
it started with the Error code SC565 it is fuser problem we change the
and clear the error code, it work for about week.
then it started printing very bad. the colors were in line so I run this steps

now it print perfect very few like 5x then it can not detect one of the toners I really don't know why

replace the RFID board

Did you change the pump or just inspect? I suspect it is a bad pump. Seen it MANY times

what chances do I have to get the Machine to work if I Performed engine memory clear because
we have 2x Ricoh MP C3000 with the same problem and I believe is a unstable power supply error
