Ricoh 2851 Scanning to Windows 10

I have a Ricoh 2851 that I need to set up scanning at an office with windows 10. Everything else works fine
with win 10 but I cannot scan. Does anyone have a solution?

i didnt see any custom firmware for scan. are you using username and password?

Firmware up to date? System needs to be 1.03 or higher and network needs to be 7.38 or higher...

If it will scan to 8 it will scan to ten. More than likely just a firmware upgrade for win8, srvr 2012 and 2012 r2.

under special firmware you need to choose NCS and update that. make sure they have win 10 professional and not the free upgrade of home edition.

try FTP scan instead of SMB, use the filezilla server.

Check with the customer's IT before you try using FTP.
