    Looks like a fusing problem.

Make sure the trays are set to the correct paper weight, and the printer driver matches.
Check the fuser sleeve, lamps, and pressure roller for damage.

Either the fuser is toast or the pressure lever actuators on the door are broken,
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      Hit it.

Looks like from your print out that 1105 values have been adjusted to lower temps. I would increase them to default or 10 degrees higher than default. Also figure out if the bad pages come out first or last in your set. If they are first, then think about raising your firmware levels to most current available, and turn off energy saver for a couple days to see if that helps.

        Good Luck

If this only occurs when printing and not when copying, check the paper type setting in the driver and in the document. Check User Tools - Printer Features - System - Tray Setting Priority. Bypass should be set to Driver/Command. All trays should be set to Machine Setting.

            Hi, thanks for the answers.

Today making further review, I realized that this problem is only when there is enough coverage black.

The impression of the SMC settings without any problems.

I have asked the cleaning unit and BELT UNIT:ASS'Y
