    MPC5502 SC441-00

    Hello all, I have an MPC5502 that is showing an SC441-00 (ITB lock up) Tried a new ITB assembly, itb motor and IOB board. Anyone seen this?

    Try an output check, does the itb motor turn?

      Fixed! When I replaced the ITB motor I got the connector in a little crooked. Re seated the connector and it works like a champ.

        I hate that, you spend hours looking at a machine, and find the cable just slightly out of place or a bent pin.

            I had a C6501 that had a very small sliver of paper in the drawer connector and was preventing the fusing pressure motor from turning on. It was just covering 1 contact pin and I didn't notice it at first until I shined my flashlight back in the machine and notice that one contact was white instead of shiny metal.

              And you just learned something important - the difference between a fully seated connector and one that is not is actually surprisingly small.
