Ricoh Aficio 1045 SC 401 Error Code

I have been working on this Ricoh Aficio 1045 and I continuously receive an SC-401 error code on it. I have been called out for the same error code three times now, so I am curious if the problem occurs more often due to the unit, or the copier itself? I have replaced the transfer belt assembly with a different transfer belt, and I have also cleaned the transfer PCB connections and the position clutch. Is there anything I have missed that could still be causing this error code? Thank you for any help given.

High voltage supply board could be defective or poor cable connection

High voltage supply board could be defective or poor cable connection

Machine side contact assembly could have a hairline crack.
