I bought a used Ricoh Pro C7110
it was tested and ran properly but only the color White and Clear did not work.
Please help me

Ok, I see you waited a month and reposted this. Here's your situation: You purchased a complicated Pro model Ricoh, and it is having issues. At the VERY LEAST you require a service manual and the training to understand what it says. Save yourself time and headaches by calling a service tech.

There is a replacement kit for clear and white. Make sure that you do not interchange them otherwise you'll face color quality problem.

The first thing that you need to do is determine whether you have a 4 station Pro C7110 or a 5 station Pro C7110x. You also need to check SP 3106-001 and SP 3107-001.
