MPC 306zspf - last line on Gmail printouts are cropped

Can anybody advise please?

New MPC306zspf install into a MAC enviroment - Firmware all ok - installed the latest PPD driver Ver.1.0.0.0 Released Date: 29/07/2015

Prints out all ok with a word document but Gmail prints are all affected from all the mac pcs

We took out a Develope machine that had no problems with Gmail prints - Just the new Ricoh giving me a sleepless night!

Please can anybody help?

I'm not much into mac but I assume GMAIL is printed from safari browser? Perhaps you can try a different browser?

Thanks for replying, They are using Apple Mail and we have just replicated the same issue. internet brousers seem fine

Im going to see if there is something in that environment that needs to be changed.

looks like we have found the issue and hope this helps anybody else.

We adj the scale to 99% and all seemed fine

Hi Copier tech - Yes it comes with Postscript
