Aficio 2060 - replace cleaning web

OK, this has got to be a dumb question BUT someone has replaced the web on a fuser rebuild and the message is still there...
Can't find a reset for WEB in the PM parts list or in service mode. I must not be looking in the right place. (Sharp tech mostly) Web sensor causes the web to spin when I cheat it. Sensor arm appears to be in the proper location on the supply side of web roll.

If it's not this I've had a previous engineer break the actuator for the Web end sensor, causing the SC 550 code. Don't know if it's easy to break them, never have done myself but who knows.

I've also seen a couple of these that don't like getting that re-set at 0. They flake out unless you put the PM counter to 1...
