    MP C306ZSP, MPC3004ZSP

    Hi,

    I am facing a new issue with MPC306ZSP , MPC3004ZSP and MPC2003SP machine.

    Above 3 model machines were had same problem at the time of installation in different customer locations, the problem is "SD card for restoration is required. please call service" and once this message appeared, we can not get into SP mode, Factory mode, User tools...
    We have tried to remove all the connectors and refitted, changed the EEPROM, NVRAM, Controller,BCU..and NO use...

    Did any of you come across this issue..

    Why did you decide to post in a forum for asking questions about the website?

    The only thing I could find in the manual refering to this is on NVRAM replacement, so most likely someone replaced the chips and is trying to pass the machine off as brand new. Or, the chips have come loose/damaged.

      If these are brand new machines contact Ricoh they are DOA
