    Ricoh C720 SP Mode Help PLEASE!!!

    Hi, I'm stuck with a C720. I need to enter SP mode to reset PM counter for replaced items.

    Does anyone know the secret key strokes?

    Also looking for consumables from time to time if anyone has any left over.

      I haven't worked on this particular model, but from the age of the model I would say that it is the standard sequence that Ricoh used prior to the XX03's. Either that or it is the newer sequence introduced with the XX03's. If neither give you access, then service lock out might be set in User Tools.

          Yes, just to confirm, it's the standard sequence that Ricoh used before the XX03 series.
