    MPC5502 paper passing issue

    I had the 672-00 replaced the main board, it went by by , but now the paper wont pass through the fuser, it stops just before it exits, i took off the transport to the fin to see if it was bad, same thing, I tripple checked the connections on the board they are all in place and snug, is it possible the 672-00 caused the fuser exit sensor to go bad? of is there some other problem related to the 672-00 ? Im ready to toss this machine out on the freeway... second bad main board problem, and it has a surge protection , the building power has to be the issue, I dont have any other 5502 with any sort of this kind of problems....

      Unless you tell us what the jams code is, there is very little that we can do.
