This is one where I was following other techs. The machine wasn't adding toner, coding sc360 and other print quality issues. I put together a good PCU out of used parts and changed the toner motor. It would run about 30 and code SC360. I found that the rj45 connector for the dv box was broke on the flange and not making connection. I replaced it and the codes stopped, but it also quit adding toner. If I unplug the connector, it adds toner, then codes the SC360. My question is, Would the problem be in the BICU or the sensor on the dv box?

If you can slide that PCU into another machine, check the TD sensor voltage reading. If you get a reading, the TD sensor is okay and it's the BICU. If not, you could be really unlucky and it's the TD sensor that took the BICU out. It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
Hit it.
