    [Misc] Ricoh MP4001 knocking noise

It appears to be coming from the finisher tray but I cannot see what's causing it?

Is it caused by worn foam exit rollers as they are worn out and it seems to be where the noise is coming from

Re: Ricoh MP4001 knocking noise - NINJAFLEX!!!

Ricoh needs to RE-ENGINEER their crappy shit!--the FOAM gathering/exit rollers are NOT durable!--pisses me off to no end! When are they going to use a rubber material that DOES NOT break down and rot!? I'd like to see somebody re-engineer and 3D print some rollers with NinjaFlex and use the cores from the old rollers! https://ninjatek.com/

        I second the output rollers.

Can anyone help me with a part number for these foam rollers?

The part number is in the parts catalog for the finisher.

            Assuming it's the 1000 sheet SR790 finisher the part number is B352 2407 Reverse Roller - 20z

If it has the 2000 sheet booklet finisher SR3020 or the 3000 sheet finisher SR3030 the part number is B478 3503 Gathering Roller: Sponge
