    Mp6000 jams

First let me state that I know nearly nothing about this model. The paper is accordion jamming as it leaves the fuser. The next assembly does not appear to be activating. I cleaned what looked like sensors but it made no difference. Any insight on this problem?

Does it do this all the time? Only when duplexing? Does it do it when duplexing but only after the paper goes to exit the machine on the second pass? Does this machine have a finisher or just an output tray?

If it has a finisher try removing that and see if it still jams. Could be jamming at finisher entrance.

What jam codes is the machine issuing? Also, I would try output tests on the fusing exit and paper exit motors.

This machine has TSB about there being a manufacturer defect on the duplex junction gate that causes trailing edge damage to pages which can cause it to jam as well. There is a new part number for the junction gate.

If you are not familiar on this machine, you will end up with a unsatisfied customer.
At least, get a training, somewhere.
