[CQ] Poor transfer

Hi All
I have problem with pro c651ex, the machine is not good transfer toner on texture paper,
note. I incease the current of transfer paper for FC from adjusment setting for skilled operator . Still no change . Can any one help me for this problem.

Depending on the degree of texture, you might not be able to correct. Paper transfer depends on physical contact between the paper and the ITB. Too much texture will create air pockets between the paper and the belt which blocks the transfer of toner.

Most customers in the production print environment will have a bit of savvy about them. If it isn't in the media library, the machine doesn't support it.
