Ho una Ricoh RICOH SP305SPF configurata e installata al cliente a Settembre2016
A distanza di due mesi ogni tanto compare l'errore SC452, ho controllato e tutto sembra essere ok.
L'errore si presenta RANDOM, quale pezzo devo sostituire?
Il rullo di trasferimento Carta, o il rullo di trasferimento?

A two-month away every now appears the SC452 error, I checked and everything seems to be ok.
The error occurs RANDOM, which piece should I replace?
The transfer roller paper, or the transfer roller?

I have this exact same issue, on mine when the customer clears a jam they don't close the door firmly enough at the rear, then the PTR retraction motor cant drive the PTR unit & throws SC452.

You may want to check that.

Paper transfer belt contact motor error
The paper transfer belt contact motor drives beyond the specified time during
home position detection or contact operation.
• Broken harness or defective connectors
• Disconnected connector of paper transfer belt contact sensor or motor
• Defective paper transfer belt contact motor
• Paper transfer belt unit not installed
1. Check and replace the harness and connectors.
2. Replace the paper transfer belt contact motor.
3. Reinstall the paper transfer belt unit.

Can i replace paper transfer belt?
