    Who can tell me what is wrong with this printer see attachment

    It copy's fine but the menu is distorted don't Kno why IMG_1766.JPG

    I will hazard a guess that someone has managed to load the wrong firmware on the machine.
    I know it's not supposed to be possible but a machine we purchased from a used equipment broker had a similar problem.

      Reload all firmware modules, or at least LCDC, Engine and System. If this does not correct the problem, you will need to replace the driver board for the LCDC.

        I have no firmware for this machine can anyone point me in the direction to download it if downloading is possible really new to Ricoh or is it possible someone could send the needed file ... Hope I didn't breach any rules by this request ... Thanks for the support guys

          I would suggest that you first print out the SMC diagnostic report 5990-005 and look at the part numbers for the firmware modules.
          Most will have the D025 & D029 prefix and a couple may start with D393 or D413.
          If something is really off like B101 or B147 then you have a firmware problem.
          If everything looks okay then swapping control panels would be your next logical step.
