Print counter list with lines. Replaced drum & blade, problem still exists...Is it charge roller problem?

More than likely, or hot roller. When you're replacing parts in the PCU, change them all including developer.

Is charge roller problem...after wipe the stripes on charge roller, no more lines...

You are better of changing the roller. Those lines will probably be back in a few days or weeks.

You're right...After 3 weeks the lines strike back...

This time really need to replace the primary charge roller...I wonder what is the cause of the stripes?

Depending on how soon the lines come back and if they are always in the same place, there may be small nicks on the cleaning blade.

I have also seem a clog in the toner recovery cause this
