[Dead] Ricoh mp9000 no power or partial power

Hello I was working on Ricoh mp9000 and after clearing a jam by removing the lct, with the power off, When I Reconnected and tried to power on the machine it and it will not power on.
The green light is green, and a fan is working in the back of the machine, but nothing else is working.
Does anyone have any suggestions on which board might be the problem. Which fuse might be blown or which board needs replaced?
    Thanks in advance.

Might not be a fuse that's blown, I've had the gate solenoid harnesses in the LCT short to the frame causing the same fault you're experiencing.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

Try backtracking. Remove the LCT and try powering up with it removed, does it now work? Then have a good look at the LCT harness to see if you trapped it refitting the LCT. If so you may have taken out a fuse on the PSU, or you may have shorted a 24v supply to earth causing the issue. Shorting out 24v anywhere onthe machine can cause all sorts of weird problems. If it worked before you removed the LCT, then its too much of a coincidence, so I would look closely at these things. Its always an engineers worse nightmare, to go in for a simple paper jam and then kill the whole machine! Been there...done that!

I have had these do that when the main green power button on the panel is not turned off first before shutting off the red switch, when they boot up the panel wont have a display but machine is on, usually turning it off at the switch and/or unplugging it for a second and restarting it will come on the next time.

Can't find anywhere there is a pinched harness.
Machine still dead except for the lights on the panel. See picture

Checked all fuses and they are ok.

            FU002 6.3A/250V
            FU101 6.3A/250V
Could it be something to do with a psu protection circuit.
This is what I get and the lcd screen never turns on.
Machine has been unplugged for a few weeks now.

The fan on the cover plate for the psu comes on as well.

Have you started the machine without the LCT attached? does it start?

If so, check the lct plugs for damage or belt contact pins.

If all else fails, have a good close look at the lcd with a torch. See it you don't have the dreaded SC202 that happens on most machines - caused by laser polygon motor failures and causes the lcd backlight not to come on, so you can't read the data on the screen normally.

...isn't there a resettable circuit breaker on the right side of the machine which would be hidden when the LCT is attached? I've had to remove an LCT on one of these machines before to work on some feed issues, but I haven't ever had any issues when working on these machines! I do know that there is a ground wire that should be attached from the LCT to the main machine. Other than that, Good Luck!

Yes I tried to power it on without lct attached and it is the same result.
Cannot see anything on the lcd and cannot see it on the network and cannot ping it.
The only lights in the back of the machine are on the mainboard. One led lit. and the one fan is on that is it.
The harnesses and the pins all look good on lct harness
Will check the polygon motor and respond with result.
                    Thank You.

                      Polygon Motor checks out ok.
                      What could it be.
What are the chances of one of the power supplies being bad? Very frustrating.

It is highly likely. You could measure the test points on each board to see if they are getting power.
