mp4001 issue

hi all

i have problem with Ricoh mp4001

as clear in test

i replaced development unit with new developer and replaced transfer belt with blade and clean lazer unit

but problem still

looks like "flashed" drum....exposed it to light??

If your sample is Long Edge Feed, remove and closely look at your Drum. The Drum is dented. Had a customer do this to me a while back by slamming the right side door close and having the transfer roller unit out of position.

If it is short edge feed, you might have a scrap of paper or other foreign matter moving around between the laser shield glass and the drum. It could also be something in the laser unit itself.
