It is still NOT a separate firmware. It is one firmware with all the languages included. Did you notice that this is his/her first and only post.

Yes its a complete language package, you install it from a SD card in the service slot. Then you can choose the language from user tools.

Just put it (unzipped) in a folder called romdata

If you do not know how to install firmware, you should not be trying to do so. Unless you enjoy buying controller boards, they are usually are between $500.00 and $1000.00

you shouldn't be attempting to work on machines WITHOUT the manual. Like Slim said ... you can muck things up worse if you don't follow procedure TO THE LETTER!
