Problem is solved, the Ricoh Technician did the same as i did the only thing is its right now working........

i have checked the steps 3 times and it was al good but did not work. i think he has magic hands....


for in the future the solution will be
change the baudrate to 9600 in SP 1-105-006 change the value to 0.1.0.0
====================SP 1-106-007 change the value to 0.1.0.0
SP 1-104-002 change the value to 0

Kudos to you for helping me with this. I just wanted to note that the second switch to change should be 1-105-007 instead of 1-006-007. Keep the same value. Final settings would look like this:

SP 1-105-006 change the value to 0.1.0.0
SP 1-105-007 change the value to 0.1.0.0
SP 1-104-002 change the value to 0
