Ricoh SP C312 reset transfer belt counter

Have a 312, rarely get em, have the service manual, using as stated Start/stop and escape to enter into Maintenance mode, then thats as far as it goes, what am I missing? Cannot enter into the other modes for the counters and such. Ricoh experts, help! Thanks.

Ther is an SP setting for turning on counter display option for most printers.

Thanks for that information, so.. how do I get into that mode? Cant past maintenance/service menu, service menu has "toner limit" and thats it. Maintenance has transfer unit/2nd transfer unit/destination/brand/registration and thats it. Nothing in the service manual has that in there. Thank You.

This the model that you use the SOM (Smart Organising Monitor) app that is on the CD that came with the machine in the Utility directory.
Once installed (if not already) Select User Tools, Printer configuration. Enter Admin074 then you can access various SP mode settings.

Thank You for the information, was able to obtain a different service manual with more information, seen that, thanks again. Always learning something new with different machines/manufactures/vintages/options.

As posted, need a CD disk to load, without disc, out of luck, have to have disc to do the SP procedure. , so my customer has to be updated to a more service friendly/manageable color printer.
