Did you put the exposure glass the correct way back in?

I'm pretty sure the white reference is on the glass and not on the scale

yes
it begins to happen only sometimes (once or twice a day) now is more frequente
printing no problema
copy with adf no problema
only copy from the glass

Have you checked that all the mirrors are securely clipped int their holders? And that they are all level in their holders?

if only in morning could it be condensation under glass check if optics heater is fitted and working.
