Mp 9000/sr5000 sc725's

I have a mp9000/sr5000 that after a staple run is done and the next run is started throws a j115 or j117 right away doesn't even start up just codes.
then when door is opened and closed sc725 pops. then you reset with power off and on and it works fine for a couple of days. We started with gooses guide suggestions and hotline by replacing firmware, fin stack eject motor, home pos photo interupt sensor, stack belt position sensor,
checked for binding {none we can identify], fin main pcb inspecting harness and connections to pcbs and sensors. Any of you seen this????

PS the machine has only 140k so not really a wear issue.

Same setup exept the machine had 8K i gave up after numerous attempts to repair the finisher. I ended up writing up the exchange approval since the new finisher NO MORE PROBLEMS machine has been running fine now for over 5 months.

by the way similar probs happening with the pro 906ex at other accounts from other techs I have talked to.

It may be the finisher main board. Had one giving strange problems, swapped everything including wiring harnesses. Finally bit the bullet and replaced the board which cured it.
