    Factory mode for SPC821dn printers?

    I know how to enter factory mode on the copiers to reset password but have no idea how to enter it in a printer! I have tried the usual methods but both admin and supervisor have been changed. I would really NOT like to have to order a NVRAM just to give this freebie away. Thanks for your help!

              That would not be wise! The end user could and would brick there printer. You know, like using 5-801 to clear passwords!
