    MPc2050 fax question

    I have a client with a mpc 2050 she now has VOIP, i get a dialtone but also an error when we try to fax, is there a setting i can change so the machine will communicate over voip? or is this machine in capable of this ?
    I have a dial tone with "on hook" and it says its dialing, but i dont here that ,
