Probably one of the fans is not connected. It's in the manual.

Yep, thanks. I have the manual and ran into the same trouble. Thats why I was hoping someone had seen this before.

client moved machine, and mashed in the vent cover on the fans behind the finisher on the main unit. Wow, duh! Nice they never admit these things until we catch them!

                I know, right??

Had one, a refurbished MP3053 just installed last week. Within an HOUR of delivery, they had already broken part of the right door. Door wouldn't close because they didn't close the duplex and transfer areas, so they just SLAMMED it shut, and snapped off the rear fuser pressure release arm in the door.

Needless to say, the boss wasn't too thrilled.

We had a customer where the cleaning crew moved their machine, with the finisher still attached. Well it's a 5002 and since those finishers have non turning casters they bent the finisher several different ways.

Between parts a labor I think the bill was at least $500 for us to unmangle it.

Find the male plug that you missed.

Back to manual maybe as I can't for the life of me find the male plug for the last fan!
