    White stripes in all colors on the 751 pro

    lines.jpgWe have these white stripes showing up an all colors the Tec’s replaced almost everything and after 100 prints +- they come back and we can’t find the cause of the problem anybody has any idea?

    Did you replace the entire DV units or just the developer? I've seen this happen where the doctor blade gets loose on one side, causing striping. Check that the gap is equal on op and non-op sides, and within spec.

    Could also be something in the toner system, dirt or something, getting sucked into the DV units and lodging against the doctor blades.

      Not trained on Pro machines but are the white lines in the same spot on all colours, if so it's not PCDU related, if not look at laser glass and dev unit.

        Not trained on this machine but there is more going on here than the blank lines.
        I would call them "fish scales".
        If I didn't know better, I would blame ozone buildup.

        Check for blocked air filters and proper room ventilation.
