[CQ] Ricoh SP C420DN not fusing on left side

Got a Ricoh SP C420DN color printer that appears to not be fusing good on the left side when running textile transfer paper only. Regular paper runs just fine. They have been running this paper for years through the By-pass tray set to transparency with minimal problems but now the image rubs off and streaks down on the side of the page and gets worse after a few pages. I have replaced the maintenance kit with new fuser and have replaced the left side inner latch thinking that maybe the door wasn't tight on that side. Iv updated all firmware and confirmed driver settings. Anyone?

Sounds like it is time to rebuilld/replace the fusing unit.

Looks like that's been done. Check for ANY changes in the media they are using, and try some different driver settings. It sounds like it's all about poor fusing.
