    Might be an indication that the fuser unit needs to be replaced.
    sleeve roller is loosen in its frame, it adjusts itself to the thickness of the paper...
    So, if it is worn the first to notice it, is when "it's brought to it's extreme (=thick 4)"
    So start with that...

      still haven't found smth more than it goes away via PS driver in >>>>>SOME<<<<< cases.It's not in the fusing unit checked it.
      My best guess is the firmware.When i find some time i'll install an older version or something.Thanks a lot
