    Ricoh Pro 751 ,white spot on all colors

    Hello ! We have Ricoh Pro 751. The problem - random white spots on all colors , more on black .This spots we can see on transfer belt too and not on the PCUs . Also it was SC 411 , but we cleaned VD sensor and code gone , if the important . Thanks for any advices .

    If spots are the same on all colours replace transfer belt

      I had a Pro 8110s with the same type pattern of spots. It was caused by the ITB transfer roller.

        Thanks ,friends ! I changed transfer belt and 4 ITB transfer rollers . It helped . Thanks again )))

          In addition to the belt and 4 image transfer (D0746158) rollers that you've already changed, I would suggest the opposed roller (D0746110) as well. This is the ITB bias roller at the very bottom of the ITB assembly that is directly opposite the PTR. All five rollers are on an 1800K PM cycle.

              Please replace the 4 transfer rollers underneath the I.T.B. belt.Had this before and the sponge Bias Oppose roller replace aswell on the I.T.B. unit
