    Hi


    User have Nashuatec D422 with toner problem.Won't recognize original toner.Masage install toner wont go away?!
    Is this some kind of classic issue or maybe toner problem? Thanks in advance!!

    Often the 'plug' from the top of the previous toner bottle gets stuck and remains in the mouth of the toner hopper, blocking the toner flow

      Check that the gears on the development unit are not stripped. This is a common problem with PCU that have been rebuilt. When they get stripped, the mixer shafts do not turn and new toner is not mixed in.

        Developer won't suck. Can you please confirm part number for drum/developer unit.Thanks!!
