    MP C3300 - Copier counter

    Hi Dear Fellow Techs,

    Have any of you notice that when printing the copier counter list for model Ricoh MPC3300 you would have notice that the B & W total copies differs from the total copies of the combined Copier B & W and Printer B & W?? This is becoming an issue with some customers who are under meter reading charges. They questioned why is the B & W Total copies are always showing a higher meter reading compared to the combined Copier B & W and Printer B & W Total copies. Any help is appreciated.

      Do they have a fax option installed?

          How do reports figure in? On some models reports do not show on the counter page. On some models test pages printed in service mode are not counted. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              I agree with Ruben.

              Also for a little more detailed counter report go to User Tools - System Setting - Administrator Settings - Display/Print Counters. One of those will give you a complete break down of what has been both printed, copies-prints-fax, but also scanner usage and break down of color usage to full color, single color, 2 color, etc for both copying and printing
