[Error Code] Ricoh MPc 2051 error Sc491 and manual

I have a ricoh Mp c2051, sometimes when copying in monochrome, the code SC 491 comes out, I turn it off and start the machine and it disappears, but after a while it reappears.
If it serves as an orientation, I think this error appears after replacing the drum unit (drum only, not Developer) because it is damaged / scratched.
What I can do?? Does anyone know how to get the technical manual?

When you replaced the drum, did you do the procedure that tells the machine that the drum was replaced, so that it is properly set up via process control?

No, I just replaced it. Can you tell me what steps to follow. Someone can supply me the technical manual by private.
