Are they using OEM or aftermarket toner. Have you changed the DV?

Are they using a good grade of paper? Paper dust from low grade paper will contaminate developer and cause C/Q problems like yours.
At least 50% of IT is a solution looking for a problem.

Even if the machine has a fairly low count, these are very old machines now the developer can actually "die" especially if it has been stored in a cold/environment.

Customers air conditioning can also give this white dots effect.
Let us eat, drink, and be merry, because tomorrow we may die!

First the caveat: I haven't worked on that specific model, so what follows could be the essence of nonsense. I apologize if that turns out to be the case.
However, if the magenta example you shared in the first post was printed on paper fed SEF, I would make sure that drum unit is OK. Specifically, the drum itself and the drum charge.
The pattern of light and dark bands on what appears to be the leading edge of that example seem to indicate variations in drum bias. From what I saw on the machines I worked on that could be due to the drum coating being worn or damaged. It could also be caused by variations of the drum charge or discharge.
Heh, back in the day that used to be called drum chatter. Blegh.
Well, sorry again if this was a waste of time.

Clean the itb transfer rollers, also the laser unit (when you have dust on the glass or on the polygon motor mirror ) .
The fuser sleeve when have problems will give other type of faulty image with black lines and repetitive images.
