                  Open a new thread with a complete description of your problem. Firmware normally will not correct SC 819.

                          Hello, can you share the firmware for ricoh aficio mp 5000 english and spanish language, I have a problem with sc672 code, disconnect the hdd and the error persists. Likewise, you can tell me the steps to make the update.

                              This thread is over 4 years old. That makes you a grave robber.

                              Start a new post of the SC672. FYI, it is not a firmware problem. If you do not know how to update firmware, hire someone who does or you run the rick of cratering the machine.
