AF32224C Dev Unit Streaks

Any ideas of how to get rid of the white lines on the AF3224c dev units?

You can try turning the dev roller backwards but most the time you will need to replace the unit.

I opened it up and cleaned the docter blade and it works fine. Only problem is all the seals got damaged when in removed them. So no luck.
