MPC4503 fax issue

Hi everyone,

I've got a customer with a MPC4503 where it doesn't print any receiving faxes. Sends faxes fine.
Machine will say it's receiving a fax but then fails to print. Looking at the rx file status it's shows the job has been completed.
Iv already updated firmware, checked fax settings such as auto print and memory lock.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

make sure that fax forwarding is off and print is on. You can also print the parameter settings list and check whatever dubious stuff is turned on/off.
my last option is to reinitialize the sram then pray.

I am having this same problem with a new install of a MPC6004, updated all firmware and java, cleared fax application and sram, replaced fax board, no luck.

Ordered controller. Any other Ideas?

Fax forwarding is not on, it is set to print the faxes. Will not print a fax confirmation either.

The jumper positioning of 04 series is different from other models. Make sure the jumper is properly positioned as per the manual
