Large void band on Ricoh MPC6502

Mpc6502 large void band at trail edge.
I have enclosed an image for viewing. The image happened before fuser. I've replaced itb cleaning unit and still no improvement.IMG_2215.jpg

It appears to occur with all color's I would check transfer roller D1366240..........

So have you pulled the transfer unit apart and had a look.

My bet you be the large metal case that sits under the transfer unit on a angle has a seal on the end of it.

That seal has either come off or warped causing this.

Used to happen a lot of the ProC901

the pattern looks the same on both colours. It has to be related to the ITB. 2 colours cannot make exactly the same void pattern.

I forget to include the yellow and black images. It is doing on all 4 colors. I did pulled the itb apart last Friday and could not see any out of ordinary but I will recheck it again. Thank you impretik, polarbear, and Mikon and everyone for the advice. I will go back there today and recheck the itb as recommended.

If you don't see anything in the ITB,check the PTR.
