MP C4503 firey Loading....Please wait

I have a customer that has a fiery connected to their MP c4503.
Unfortunately this is the only customer I have that is using a fiery.
when I select the Fiery button all I get is a Loading... Please Wait.
has anyone experienced this before?

I guess you have tried restarting the fiery & copier?

Try restarting it in DL mode (Turn on the dip switchs) then set them back & restart failing that It sounds like you'll need to reinstall the fiery software.

That is exactly what i ended up doing. It was a long drawn out process,but definitely a learning experience.

I'm not a fan of the fiery, most customers who have them simply dont need them.
Its just another piece of hardware to go wrong or cause issues!
The new GW contollers are pretty fast.
