    MPc5503 w SOP issue

Just installed a Smart Panel on a C5503, all was going well, printing scanning etc. All firmware is up to date. Powered down the machine to move it and when it was powered up the panel only displays the background, the only app that shows is the smart connector QR code. When the home button is pushed a box opens saying "no recent applications" nothing else works.
Any ideas? I had such great optimism.

Firmware up to date? Old panel or new firmware for SOP.

Did you simply swap the old style legacy panel for a new style cheetah panel?

Yes I used the updated SOP firmware, the problem turned out to be the connector on the lower paper feed unit was partially disconnected.
